I can get a lawyer to look at it but wondering if anyone else did and understands the ramifications of approval. Do we need to approve to get paid? Doesn’t even say if we will get paid?
And I’m happy for those who continue enjoy the camp, but it still frustrates me that they were so dishonest with us with their financial situation two years ago- and that we still haven’t be repaid for money we laid out in 2019.

I noticed the earlier threads about a September letter, which I never got even though I sent in my form to be part of the case. Are there any updates in the case and on this “conversion”? Seems like they are going ahead with summer 2022?

My experiences with camp haven’t been the best, but it was never because of the owner. I can’t speak for other people, but my experience with the owner has not been bad. I know that when you file for bankruptcy, paying the counselors is probably the last thing on your mind. Even with this being said, it is not an excuse for people who worked hard all summer to not be compensated for their hard work and effort put in to make sure that kids have an amazing camp experience. After reading this whole thread, I’m definitely more aware of this situation and will keep it in mind while attending camp.
