I think it is better to have kids when you are older. You are more financially stable, smarter, and don't care what other people think. Sure you might die when they are 30 or not see them have grandkids, but I think you have money to do things with them and for them.

You had 3 kids in your 20’s with no family money and you want to have more? What is your definition of “fine financially?” Must be different from mine or you must live in flyover.

Yes, my body bouncing back after pregnancy was one good thing but I see the same thing with plenty of women who had kids in late 30’s and 40’s too.

So, OP, I'm the 41 year old who is now unintentionally pregnant. My husband and I can afford to support this baby through grad school. My ds has always said he wished he had a sibling (he wanted a sibling who is not a cat, like his sister, ha). I am happy and want the baby. The baby will be cherished if the pregnancy goes to term.
What do you suggest? Do you think I should look into abortion just because of my age? Really, I'm fascinated to know what you would do in this case.
