Dominic and his wife touched on it in a few points but a) the insulation is non-existent, b) its ridiculously expensive to upkeep - there's is $500,000 a year!, c) many different types of material - particularly old wood - seems like a headache to source and repair, d) the kitchen is terrible, and e) the rooms off the 'public' area are disconnected and blocked off from one another down narrow and steep corridors.
