Sour grapes seem to be far more troublesome than any other food stuffs. To each their own, Op. please don’t let yourself grow twisted and strange because someone else is handling their own dietary needs or preferences differently. We are allowed free will even if it irks you.

I have terrible smelly gas and diarrhea (massive, fairly quick on set and mostly black) after eating gluten. I am happy to eat what you serve me as long as you don't mind me using your bathroom.

Lies. No GF person I know eats soy sauce. And I know several. In fact I've been to restaurants with people who brought their own tamari sauce to avoid the gluten

I follow a low fodmap diet (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/FODMAP), which means I limit wheat. For simplicity, I usually just say I’m gluten free, rather than try to explain fodmaps. There’s a lot of evidence for the low fodmap diet. Check out the list of references in the Wikipedia article.

Perhaps you have additional food issues. Would recommend an Alcat test. The intensity of your response is super troubling.

Because I have a severe wheat allergy. That is why I am triggered. I dream about eating bread and can't stand it when people fake that they can't eat it and then a few minutes later shove it down their throats. And no, I am not less inflamed or anything like that since I was diagnosed. Not even one tiny bit, my choking and coughing from the smallest hidden amount is instant. I have never asked a single person to accomodate my allergy. I never will. It is my burden, and my task to eat what I can and not to broadcast it to the world.

No it's because it's exhausting to be hated on by crazy and mentally ill freaks who have nothing better to do than police other people's diets. There are crazy, socially ostracized people everywhere, but whereas you guys used to be shut away in asylums or have to live in solitude Grey Gardens style, now you're on the internet where you can hide behind anonymity and bother us normal people. And it's annoying.
