Can everyone please come to Whybemom? It is like me and a lot of women with college aged kids.

whybemom is still very active - is it not working for you guys?

After Urban Baby there was YOUBEMOM for a long time, then it closed down and there was Whybemom. That closed down too and now there is nothing. Unless there is something I am unaware of other than this site, for which I am grateful.

I wonder all the time what happened to that weirdo Lily. I’m sure that makes me the true weirdo.

Ar one point people left Urban Baby for You Be Mom (You Be = UB). You Be Mom shut down a few months ago, but a mom from that forum created Why Be Mom (yes, a there's a theme). It's a live and kicking if full of trolls, but it definitely thas that UB/YBM vibe:

Please post to board if you find this! There's a lot of NYCers on Reddit, and a lot of Moms on Reddit, but I have not found a crossover of the two.

What ever happened to Match Mom? She was one of the bigger posters on that site.

Was anyone there for the end of YBM? Was the purple goddess still running it? Was there a good bye? I had shifted my scrolling to social media but used to waste a lot of time there (and UB before YBM) in the mid 2000s
