If Hollywood power brokers want her gone, there are ways to make sure she leaves. Maybe they want to embarrass her with painfully low ratings before they give her the axe?

How she'd go around and hide matchsticks in weird places (like a matchstick behind a book on a bookshelf or under a sofa cushion) to test her staff to make sure they dusted everywhere. Also read that there was very high turnover - I think it was like people would last two months or something.
Also read that all their pets love Portia - they would get up and run to her everytime she came home or in the room. THey wouldn't move or get up or greet Ellen at all.

If you watch her show I'd say 90% is humiliating people (audience, guests and crew) and 10% is half-*** interviewing. Give her the sack, she's a nasty mentally ill egomaniac bully.

But there are people who want her job and know she's wounded, so drip drip drip will continue until she's finally off the air.
She's also old, she can't even dance anymore -- 62 is too old to host these shows catering to SAHMs and millennial guests. Carson quit at 66, Leno quit at 60, Letterman 66, Ferguson 52, John Stewart 52, Craig Kilborn 42.

Twitch is so cringe!

Not excusing Ellen's behavior at all, but often bullies have been bullied themselves. I remember when she came out in the 90s and the backlash that followed, it was not an easy time to identify as a lesbian. You just kind of wonder how hardened she became after that. She fell off the radar for a while until Finding Nemo resurrected her career.
It's not bullying. She's clearly a demonic sociopath.
Settle down, Clarice. Don't just go throwing around the word sociopath. She is married. She rescues animals. She has friends. Ergo, Ellen is NOT a sociopath.
