And eventually ECNL will offer most of the GA clubs spots. So what have you really proven? The clubs were all good enough all along. So, assuming that happens, you can no longer sell league and instead you have to sell your club and team.
So once again, what separates your club/team from all the other ECNL options in the area?
Simply not true. I know this hurts your feelings but if you’re not in now, you ain’t getting in. They got watered down a little when the DA started no need to add more also rans since all the real clubs came back.
You didn’t read the interview with Lavars very closely. Yes, more will be added but they have to phase adding clubs in order to expand the showcase logistics to support an influx of new clubs.
I hate to burst your bubble, but ECNL will add clubs strategically to end GA. And calling these clubs “also rans” shows how little you know about ECNL. 70% of the GA clubs were in ECNL before DA. ECNL backfilled their departures with also rans like BRYC, Loudoun and startup VDA. These GA clubs built ECNL, were both good enough to be in ECNL when being in ECNL was harder and they are still good enough to be in ECNL again.
So clearly an FCV parent as the other GA local teams were not previously ECNL.

Get a grip. No other league in the nation, in the history of women's soccer, has impacted the women's game more than ECNL.
Now tell us about your team.
You tell us about your kids team. You're the one stating all the opinions. I'm just countering. So, go ahead.
I’m convinced to leave GA for ECNL now I need to know what team I should head towards.
So, tell me about your Champions League calibre team I should tryout for.
I really don’t know why this is so hard to answer.
Mistake #1.
This isn't about recruiting and propaganda. No one cares if you bring your daughter to a particular club. That's your choice. The world will move on. Same for me and everyone else.

MUFC, McLean, BRYC and BSC all have players heading to or alum currently playing for Power 5 schools. FCV and WS/BA also sent a few but not on the same level.
I heard that Mclean's current u18/19 team which is sending 20+ kids to DI, has more than a half dozen going to Power 5, Ivy Leagues or College Cup participants. a half are heading players to ACC and SEC and the Ivies The u18/19 from two years ago had a similar number. Bethesda and MUFC aren't as strong but halve about half the number as McLean. Loudoun is new and I can't speak to VDA or BRYC. But if you wanted options you have three serious options and all three have a stronger track record than any ex-DA team.
Stop the non-sense
