This. GMAFB first PP. I'll take her credibility vs. Trump any day. After multiple allegations and his EXPLICIT STATEMENTS about him assaulting women ("grab them in the pu--y," anyone?), I don't believe one word he says on this.

A federal judge has order Trump to sit for deposition by Carrill’s attorneys on Wednesday. Will he appear and assert his Fifth Amendment privilege? Or will he file a motion asking the Second Circuit to enjoin the deposition on the ground that the issue of his immunity under federal law is now before the DC Court of Appeals? If he appears and takes the Fifth this can be used against him as an evidentiary presumption because it is a civil proceeding.

She has actual evidence. Trump could have made this go away.

+1 I’m not sure why anyone (misogyny) would just make the assumption that she’s crazy (misogyny) and not assume the worst about the guy who literally bragged about assaulting women (misogyny).
