You are ignorant of the candidate you support. Sanders wants to make it a requirement that private companies over a certain amount of cap have to be chartered by the govt. It is full blown communism.

Read his platform on his website. He wants forced transfer of 20 percent of ownership of private companies to a worker's collective. Forced collective ownership of means of production is the core definition of socialism.
