The MST website for Summer Residential Gov School still hasn't been updated since 2022, but the Humanities/VPA site states: Invitations for the Summer Governor's School for 2023 should go out Monday, May 8 via email! Check your email on Monday!

It seems like problem at VDOE level and hopefully not with the hosting colleges. Once they choose who is going the programs themselves should be great. This waiting is sooo awful though!!

Same position here. I assume everyone will know by Friday? But, I won't be surprised if the notifications are still delayed.
Is everyone feeling okay with the overall programs this summer? Any concern?

VPA stated that students will be notified by an email from VDOE. I'm not sure about what other programs are doing.

We didn’t get anything from FCPS (different program). Do we think they will at least use email, not US mail since it’s so late?
