Because she isn't looking for your approval. She is a princess with inheritance, name recognition, looks above average, has a husband, kids, job, social life, opportunities etc. She doesn't need to become Kim Kardashian.

As far as the teeth since that's what you brought up specifically...I'd be the first to say if they were visibly crooked, to fix them. She can afford it and teeth are some of the first things people notice. But, her teeth look nice, they just don't look like the 100% smooth and straight veneers we're used to on celebrities.
Who are you people? She's horrifying looking and has the personality to match. She and her equally atrocious sister have been caught being rude to both Kate and Megan on camera. They are nasty, spoiled witches.
