BP is bipolar. He needs to have a little more experience coaching actual players. Not just seminars and classes. I know the classes have interaction with players but not players from his club that he sees every day. He is classic old school - best friends with parents = favorite player. He won't work with struggling teams or players. He has no development skills. He trains as if it's 1950 and girls are just now allowed to play around with a soccer ball. He will be FCV's downfall. Luckily he will likely leave this year and it wont be FCV's problem any longer.
