That's how I picture all the DCUM food elitists who go around pretending their baked kale and homemade condiments taste better than fast food or Doritos. Give me a break. I'll believe if you say that AFTERWARD, you feel ill, but processed food tastes fantastic most of the time.
Eh. Yes and no.
I don't find most fast food good or tasty. If you don't eat it and stop by a McDonalds or BK or Wendy, the stuff really does taste chemically and vile. Same with Doritos or Cheetohs or most sodas. I'm not sure what you mean by processed food tasting fantastic most of the time. Or what constitutes as processed food for you. But the food I'm thinking of are so laded with oils and fats and sugar and starch that if you don't eat it regularly, you do notice it and taste it. I won't judge you for eating fast food/processed food/junk food, but don't judge others who don't like it either. And don't kid yourself into thinking it's healthy to eat those kinds of food either. As a treat, sure, fine, but everyday? You got to be kidding.
I do laugh at the calorie counters who only eat salads and secretly binge on ice cream. But that's different.

I didn’t think anything of it until we went to a birthday party with ALL processed food. I couldn’t even eat it. It was so gross. And what I did eat, now I have a headache and feel sick. Food included loaves of banana and blueberry bread (must be those breads in the “bakery” at wal mart that expire in a few months?), mini quiches, vanilla yogurt, and donuts.
I’m not sure what was in the food, but my gosh, I feel SO sick!

I suggest you just never speak to the people who threw the party again.
Also how long was this party? Couldn't you just wait and eat later?
Only for an hour or so this AM. I thought it was homemade, until I took a bite and realized it was all highly processed stuff. I didn’t eat more, except the donut, and promptly felt sick. It was my own fault obviously. I haven’t been eating much sugar at all so the sugar made me sick.
Sugar shack donuts are definitely unhealthy and full of sugar, but they don't contain a ton of preservatives etc.
I know. I’m saying I know the sugar made me sick. For the other stuff, I found the processed food to be inedible. I didn’t think we ate THAT well, but I couldn’t even eat the rest of the food. Blah.
LMAO
