The girlfriend of the Colorado dad #2 cleaned up a townhouse full of blood. Then came clean with the authorities almost two months after Kelsey Berreth went missing. She plead guilty to evidence tampering and her sentencing is suspended until the murder trial is concluded.

But the max she'll get is 3 years and honestly with the courts these days - 12 months in and the rest on house arrest.

In the above case, the gf flipped and gave them the murderer. Yes, when you give evidence and testimony crucial to conviction, you get a much better deal.


Also technically she is the ONLY reason they have a case against him. Apparently the townhouse clean-up was top-notch and Kelsey's body was never recovered (probably has something to do with the fact that he chopped up, burned, and discarded the remains in a river or landfill).

Guy was thorough.


I bet something similar happened in this case, ie: with the remains, and their only hope may be getting the gf to flip.


I am hoping this too. Why do these husbands/boyfriends think they won’t get caught??

She's not taking care of her 10-year old child. The father has custody.


The 10-year-old was in the car with her mother (the girlfriend) following behind the ex-husband of the missing mom.

She may or may not be headed to Argentina now but until this weekend she was in CT with the mother.

She may not have known it was going to happen and doesn’t have a back-up plan on where to go.


She was just a wee bit too focused on moving into a home with a guy whom she viewed as wealthy, athletic, and attractive--- with absolutely no regard for what's best for her daughter or his kids and all that they were going through. And he clearly wasn't focusing on his kids and what's best for them either. Talk about selfish and cold...


I could say that about a lot of formerly married women who never bothered to get a career or their financial lives in order before or after marrying. Rushing into new relationships, marriages, and babies is what desperate women do.

Apparently police are searching a wooded area and pond along the Merritt Pkwy, near where her car was found. Pretty dumb if he left her car near where the body was disposed.
