No, and it doesn't show the EDP players that part of the training group. Like I said, Spirit has 28 the same way BRYC has 30. They are there in their Spirit gear with the carrot of being a part of the DA program. You can package it however you want.
Ok. You’re just wrong then. EDP is not USSDA. Check the site. Thanks for playing.
You are misrepresenting what Spirit is selling them. Yes, BRYC is making them feel more a part by listing them, but there's really a core group of the same players that always play and always start, just like at Spirit. The rest go to ODSL, just like the rest of your 28 go to EDP.
So it's the same style of program, just packaged differently. But apparently you think this is all a game. It's sad for all those players at both clubs that are being used as practice players - Spirit and BRYC both.
No, it’s really not the same. The Spirit case was due to the DA structure of combining age groups. This necessitated some kids they wanted to retain for the future/stay for EDP this gap year instead of being rostered on the DA team. The problem goes away this year with the addition of the u16 group. The BRYC team has no such combined age group issue. That’s definitely a case of “overselling” to the kids and parents to make some extra cash. Don’t project, and make sure you understand. If you could point to anywhere close to 30 on Spirit _DA_roster, you would have a case. You can’t and you don’t. But point well taken in the BRYC situation.

BRYC 03 ECNL
