Also, didn’t Katherine say D would still be underwater if she sold? So the surprise was that vote didn’t pass, but she sold. I thought they were making this too dramatic. Plus for every single thing, all these friends show up. Only on tv do they have these jobs where they are not working 40-50 hours a week with long commutes.

The way the friends are so in love with Maggie is completely unbelievable--they were a tight-knit group of friends for years and she is now just as tight from day one??! No. Delilah is so annoying, and I feel so bad for her kids.
But I do like Katherine!
I don’t find the thing about Maggie so unbelievable. Sometimes you meet people that you just click with, and it’s like you’ve known each other forever. Plus if you meet under raw circumstances, you skip through some relationship stages.

If that was the build up, we have zero believability that Jon would jump. And less than zero that Rome was suicidal.
IT was the battery for the smoke alarm.
Wait, wasn't that a plot point in This Is Us? Next thing you know, their Instapot will short out, the house will burn down, and all the problems will be solved.
