You’re funny. The last school board chair wouldn’t send her own kids to her regular zoned (non JH) school. The top people get to self-transfer.
They go to MVCS, that's where most of Del Ray is zoned. I'm not sure why this thread is mostly about JH.

JH will get accredited when the demographics of the school change, plain and simple - and it will happen overnight.
JH is accredited.
Absolute lie.
JH is not accredited. It has received partial accreditation and only in some subjects and only because the state moved the goal posts on those.
I will continue to report all of these BS posts.

It’s failing but not officially closed yet, and the public is being officially warned about it by the state. Again.
The test scores have risen in most subjects, and as the negative PP admitted, its gone from the bottom 2 percent to the bottom 7 percent.
There is no prospect of it closing. Do you really think the state is going to close one in fourteen of the schools around the state?
The only question is if this momentum can be maintained. Harping on the conditional nature of the accreditation provides no information in that regard.
You're missing the point completely. Claims that JH is accredited are bald faced lies designed to provide false confidence to those most likely to flee the school- UMC white families. It is a lie designed to manipulate attendance to benefit those that are unable to switch to private.
It is a lie designed to drag down other UMC families.
Misery loves company and so on.

I don't know, but I like what else he has to say. Better than the free pre-k that Solomon is pushing.
Someone wants pre-K in Alexandria???? YES PLEASE.
