STA, be careful what you wish for...a winnng lax team is not worth admitting sons of douche bags who played in the 80s when a Chevy membership and lots of flow got you admitted to the best schools....Just sayin
This is concerning. My older kids said there are already problems with a group of lax players in 8th. Adding more problem lax families will make it an even larger group to contend with. I thought STA was focusing on its culture.

Not being myopic, just have concerns about football injuries but not lax injuries bc I don't think of lax as a tough contact sport.
Typical dc and dcum ja. Would rather defend a losing position to the end rather than move on. You are the person who corrects someone when they say it takes about 15 minutes and you have to chime and say "no, 13."

I have watched kids' football and lacrosse games for yrars, and there is no question that lacrosse is not in the same league as football when it comes to being "a tough sport." You may run more consistently in certain positions, but the contact isn't comparable.

A challenging school to get into academically, and there is a Ben & Jerry's and Chipotle on Thayer Street. There are lots of fine schools out there, with these enhancements.

It is a tough sport and Sta is really good at it but they aren't hitting each other with sticks. It's a different mentality in sports like football and lacrosse than others.
