I think Meghan might announce in October (near her 16-day tour of Australia, New Zealand, etc) because A) She's able to work through her pregnancy (clearly), and B) Its her first - so I think she's treasuring the 'secret'.

Also, those tours always include a stop at a brewery or winery so they probably need to announce before she's put in an awkward position.

They have Royal aides who'll just tell then not to serve her beer/wine. Although the reporters made a habit of drink-watching Kate.
