Good — she won’t expect me to hold doors/chairs, she wants to make her own money and split bills, she is probably educated and values education, she will want to split home chores with me.
Neutral — she is probably a Democrat.
Bad — she won’t want to take my last name, she thinks that being fat and hairy is a sign of empowerment, she probably has friends that hate men, it easy for her to talk but hard for her to listen, I will be subjected to too many stories about “discrimination.”

I’m talking a difference of 1.2m to 300k. Enough to make anyone very angry.
Yes, have access to payroll. Women and minorities at the bottom. I reevaluate my team. It’s socially complicated.
We accept less is part of the equation. We are applauded for getting rock stars to accept less. White men ask for and negotiate more.

You prove and prove and prove over and over and over again your top rank. You end up making less for a number of societal reasons. It's a fact, opine all u like.
We're not arguing hourly wage workers. The higher you climb, the more apparent it becomes. You're just happy to be at the sausage party making 1/3 of your peers.
Read this article on why there aren't more women in Tech. I didn't make it up. If you don't have the numbers (because you self-select away into something else) you can't make a difference.

That said, if she uses the term "privilege" or "patriarchy", or is pro-abortion to the point that she can't understand the views of people who identify as pro-life, she's on the curb.
You've never been married. You'll get plenty of opinions. Don't seek them out.
