And it's too bad because there are plenty of attractive women in my workplace, and some of 'em I've even seen on OLD sites, so I know they're single. Just Not Worth It though.

I meant for me. I like flirting and being flirted with. And when someone flirts with my husband I consider it flattering for me.

Newsflash- if you're pretty every single man you encounter every single day is thinking about having sex with you. It doesn't mean we'll try to, but we sure will think about you naked and moaning.
NP and I would agree with all of this. The first quote is sweet and flattering and find. Even if all men want to have sex, are thinking about it, etc. If the flirting comes across as light hearted compliments that could be interpreted as friendly or overly friendly that is fine. I enjoy gentle flirting and men probably do too.

It makes me uncomfortable. I like to be friendly and have a laugh but I don't like flirting, I'm married and just find flirting with other people icky.
I can't help but think that the people that flirt need the validation or the ego boost.

If you want to flirt with women - single or married - please respect and protect our professional status and achievements while at work, (i.e., do not do anything that might raise eyebrows or call our professionalism into question,); and instead flirt with women outside of work at a gym, coffee shop, dog park, market, store, bar, or restaurant.
