As for MARC, why don't they just raise ticket prices to make enough money to keep the system maintained? That seems like a no-brainer. If the riders believe in it, they'll pay more. If they're unwilling to pay more, then it shouldn't exist anyway.

So why is hogan now introducing three bills that water it down, including manatory sentences for firearms, gang members, and trying juveniles as adults in certain circumstances? It’s like a page out of Jeff Sessions’ playbook. And will cost more state tax dollars.
