That's been good for your personal wallet. (It hasn't made a difference to my personal wallet because my state income taxes haven't changed, I don't drive on toll roads anyway, and actually my cost of commuting increased due to a fare increase.)
What has Hogan done that was good for Maryland?
Funded bay clean-up. Worked in a bipartisan way to do this. Helped our major beach resort compete against DE beaches by having school start after a Labor Day.
