One house has been built I believe.
I've poked around on walks and it looks really nice! I'll be interested to see how they sell. They have tried to restrict buyers to owner-occupants so it will also be good to see how that plays out. I'm not sure I would want to live in Old Town with kids because of all the college students and parties. And they are north of the area zoned for UPES, but Paint Branch Elementary is evidently on the up and up.

I did, but it is under contract for more than we were willing to pay. A very nice house.
