There are several different drug companies who make phentermine. I find some work better than others. What is the imprint on your pill? Also, does the dr give you the pills or do you take a prescription to a pharmacy?
It is not the generic, white with blue specks, oblong shaped. The Prozac is a generic, green & yellow capsule. He gives the pills to you in the office.

You're working nights and weekends with no child care. Adding another kid to the mix before you get your schedule straightened out will be devastating for your family, no matter how thin you are.

This is me. 3/22/17 at 163.2, now 151.6 as of this morning 4/5. Honestly no side effects from the pill at all. Feel great, wish I could stay on if forever. Had my period this week and usually there would be two days it felt like I couldn't eat enough, not this time. It did seem a little bit heavier, but that may be because I'm in my mid-40's and starting to get a little wacky.
Overall clothes are fitter looser, main loss in my stomach & waist (I have an hourglass figure). I had jeans that I could barely zip now require a belt to stay on. My neck & face showed the most change the first week, there was puffiness I hadn't realized was there. I do wish there was more change in my face & arms/upper back. No real change in my breasts, fine with me, I think they are great.
did make the mistake of thinking I could have a cup of regular coffee. Made it about 1/2 through it before heart started racing and eyes went a little loopy. Two or three days a week I do have about 2/3 of a cup of decafe at work.
I work out after dinner for 30-40 minutes 4-5 times a week. Nothing extreme. 1-2 miles on elliptical and some machines.

I have been much more careful about when I am eating, probably more than what I am eating. Little things like nothing even sweet tasting (even no-calorie drinks) unless with a meal, then it might be two sips of a soft drink or a bite of an apple fritter. No snacking, even healthy things like nuts. Cut out my 2-3 cups a day of coffee, much easier than I had expected. I always drink a lot of water.
I'm taking both pills around 9am. The hunger and cravings for food do seem to be much more diminished. I do still get a little hungry, or maybe it is just cravings, in the evenings. Start thinking I should have some potato chips but after drinking some water decide that I don't really want them.
No negative side effects, but I am only on 1/2 dose. Not sure if it has affected my sleeping since that was always a little sketchy. I am waking up about 45-60 minutes earlier but am not tired. maybe a little less regular bowel movements, but that could be attributed to eating less food. No acne, knock on wood.
yes, Dr. Anchors is an odd duck, imagine Bernie Sanders going on about starch & skinny woman. He gave me 2 months of both pills, cost was $170. His sister, the receptionist, was very sweet and a big animal lover. she took my blood pressure and asked some basic health questions.
This is me, 157 as of this morning.
There is mild constipation, not an issue for me since that isn't usually an issue for me. I could see where it might make other that are less regular uncomfortable.
I do wake up between 3-4am every morning, but am not tired.
Yesterday I opened up a chocolate candy bar for my husband and didn't even take a little piece.

He talked about studies saying vigorous exercise correlates to a higher incidence of heart attacks, blamed his own on that.
