Keeping dirty sheets on a bed is theoretically pretty knarly and washing then 2x seems like a waste of time.
I highly doubt that bedsheets get old after a few weeks or months anyway.
If they do, you can always spray them w/scented linen spray.
Enough with the sprays and perfumes. They literally make me feel like I'm suffocating.

Until OP unwinds the ball of dirty sheets. But that won't be for another six months, so you're in the clear.
I'm the one who has to unwind the ball but I'm not OP. And please don't have sex in my guest bed. Ew.
Define... sex...

It's like they're saying: NOW IS THE TIME WHEN WE EAT. And then the food isn't served family style, I have to carry the plates back to the kitchen to put food on them so it's actually 5 times more work than if the table wasn't set.
Our nanny sets the table for dinner during nap time. It's just to give us one less thing to do. You are assuming facts not in evidence. They're probably just trying to help you but you could just be direct and ask "Is your setting the table at 4pm a subtle hint that you'd like to eat dinner earlier than we did yesterday?" Then you'd know for sure.
And it's not that hard to gather up all the plates. I am not sure why YOU are portioning out everyone ELSE'S food in the kitchen. Everyone should be able to just take what they want.

Do you:
A) Wash sheets right after guests leave and then put them back on the bed. Guests will then sleep in sheets that are a month or two old.
B) Leave the sheets dirty and then wash immediately prior to a guest arrival
C) Wash sheets right after guests leave and then again immediately prior to a guest arrival (wash sheets twice)
I just had a guest leave and they stripped the bed and left all the dirty sheets in my laundry room. I'm somewhat frustrated because I wasn't ready to wash sheets as I like to do them right before a new guest. But now all the pillows are on the floor and the comforter is getting wrinkled so I have to wash them.
I do that to my mom all the time. Otherwise she won't wash them
