Glad he was convicted. Don’t remember hearing about this case 2 years ago.

I read a post recently where a mom said a home daycare provider wouldnt provide references, and she asked if that was a red flag. Of course it is! And yet a bunch of moms chimed in and said, no it's fine! Back in the 70s, my mom had a job interview or something and sent me to a home based day care for the day. I distinctly remember the teacher giving us all tyelnol and putting us to "nap." I must have been 4. My mom never sent me there again.
This. Please get to know with whom you're leaving your child.
Please!!

There is something so wrong with this. When my boy was that age his mother and I knew every square millimeter of him. We would notice the smallest bruise or scratch. The severe (healing) injuries that are described do not seem to be something that any normal parent could possibly miss or ignore. Absolutely no way. Either something is being misreported or there are more arrests coming. That poor child.
I didn't see that there were old/healing injuries in the article. Just that the injuries were consistent with multiple instances of physical abuse, and could have been inflicted over the course of say, several hours, that same day.
Did you read it? It said specifically "healing injuries."
There is something really fishy going on there and does not make sense. What are they not reporting on?
