For the most part he is always on a leash, but yesterday I was one of those neighbors who let him off because I wasn't able to let him out and run in the back yard. It was fun for him...he had a ball. And nobody seemed to mind when he ran up to them to give them love. You animal haters need to get a life. A friendly dog is not going to do anything to hurt you. If you don't like it, then just say so, and I will call him back.
Oooooh, your dog is extremely cute and friendly. Of course the leash law doesn't apply to it. Carry on.

It's so annoying because our snow looked so pretty. The dog went crazy pretty much all over our front lawn. Now we have the yellow snow, too. Ugh!
If a neighbor kid had jumped all over your snow would you be whining?

I have a dog. I am a dog person. She is almost never off leash in the open -- maybe between the house and the car.
She runs in our back yard mostly.
Now, she is good at reading people: she can tell who likes dogs and who doesn't. She will got up to a dog person, and ignore you. But, if she did sniff you, and you hurt her, either pepper spray, or kicking, you would be spending the night in jail. I would have you arrested. FUCKHEAD

The snow really brings out the entitled dog owners with their fur babies. FFS leash your fucking dogs.
Leash them in thirty inches of snow????
Uh, yes of course. Why is any amount a reason to *not* leash your animal?
Oh FFS there is like no one outside. It's a blizzard, get in the spirit.
I am. I'm enjoying it, walking around, and exploring things. I don't want your goddamn animal running up to or jumping me. Stop ruining the enjoyment of others.
Part of my enjoying the blizzard is letting my dog go crazy in it for 20 minutes. Stop ruining the enjoyment of others
Your "enjoyment" is illegal and interferes with other people's enjoyment. Stop being an asshole.
Sorry you are stressing about the animals. Why don't you stay inside and come out when they are gone. Nobody is going to enforce a law like that when the dog is off leash for 20 minutes. You sound like an asshole to me.
Why should I have to stay inside because you are oblivious to social etiquette and the law?
Not oblivious. People speed all the time on the freeway. Most people don't get caught, but it might annoy someone when the car rushes past them or weaves around them on the road. This isn't much different. It is part of life. People break the law. Live with it, or stay inside.
