For pete's sake we know how the Egyptians stored grain. For one, we have excavated them. And second, we can read their writing.

I work in media and sometimes have to fact check this wacky stuff and it always makes me wonder where these people get their news!

Can Carson point us to a trove of ancient Egyptian artwork depicting or writings discussing this fantastical use of the pyramids?

Anyone want to bet that Carson quotes are going to get at least one sketch -- probably the open -- on SNL with Trump tonight?

So many GOP candidates with weird quotes to skewer!

Who'll come on for a cameo?

Typical DCUM nonsensical response:

His wisdom and foresight might have allowed him to transcend time and the centuries to imagine or see a vision from the almighty, allowing him to ascribe the blessing bestowed upon his nephew in connection to a large scale nascar-like drag strip.

Great Wall of China also could have been used to store grain.

Great Wall of China also foretells in tongues carson's appointment and scholarship to West Point.

Men, be humble as all is possible under God.

Amen."

My point is that these covered gaps would have made an excellent grain elevator. Grain put in the top, flowing down through the seams, to be drawn from the bottom.

Who on earth would make a grain elevator that is not hollow???

The Lord works in mysterious ways. But seriously, the banks of Nile are extremely fertile due to frequent flooding. Why in the world would the Pharoahs devote the slave manpower and resources to build massive stone structures simply to hold very small amounts of grain? Nonsensical and ridiculous.

You can't fix stupid. The pint of a grain elevator is to STORE grain. You could put grain into the Washington Monument and let it flow down the stairs and elevator shaft but that wouldn't mean it was designed to be a grain elevator.

As anyone can tell you, the best way to make a grain silo is bo build an enormously thick stone monument with small, hidden chambers. Then throw a few bodies and dead cats inside. Fill with grain et voila!

To the extent there's any historicity of the Jews in Egypt, the common estimate for Joseph's time is circa 1850 BC. The Giza Pyramids were already 700 years old at the time. The Greeks didn't conquer Egypt until the 4th Century BC.

Obviously this Joseph of character is/was a liberal and was part of a plot put in place many years ago to get Carson. I bet this Joseph guy was your typical long haired, rob wearing, hippie.
