I have not seen any evidence linking Hamas to beheadings. I do not think Hamas is aligned with ISIS. On the other hand, Hamas is attacking a much stronger country, and advocating the mass murder of Israelis, with chants of "Death to Israel.", though technically it might just be hamas supporters.
