So did anybody hear back from Shining Stars anytime since all this speculation Friday afternoon? Several people said they left voicemails or emailed. I am hoping the fact that we've heard nothing further means this was just a ridiculous troll.

Yes, me too (I'm the PP). I got the email after someone posted this (likely fake) rumor, and I specifically asked the school if it was true but didn't receive a reply yet.

Please update us when you hear back! I haven't heard back from Aliya on an unrelated email I sent this am (she's usually very prompt), but I'm hoping it's just because she's busy getting ready.

Oh and pp, are you accepting? What grade, and were you planning to go elsewhere before getting into ssma?

Until then, hopefully EVERYONE will realize:

1) that the same person posted this rumor in both threads;

2) so far there's NO confirmation it's true; and

3) we all know there are many twisted people with f'd up senses of humor on DCUM, and this is very possibly just someone trying to throw dynamite into people's Friday just to watch everone spin around in a tizzy.

Relax and don't panic until YOU or someone like you calls the school and posts SSMA's response to the question.
