How can I become a founder?

This is the reason why only parents who know and can support the immersion language should be admitted to HRCS. Your kids probably told you through ESP in Elvish silent meditation where they were today. You just don't listen. I feel sorry for your children having a clueless parent like you.

Highly Regarded School has a VERY Highly Regarded Summer Camp. Cost is $2,000/week, but it's really engaging and totally worth it. Only one catch - the kids are so burned out from learning English/English/French/Klingon/Elvish/Latin (yes, HRCS just added Latin today. Yes, your child is already 3 years behind), the kids are usually in a bit of a language stupor so the entire summer is spent in zen meditation in complete silence. Should work well, especially since some schools will have Silent Meditation Language Immersion Camp for incoming PS-3 kids.
Aftercare is only in silent Elvish though, so consider that as well.
You need to pre register via ESP from 8:00:00 - 8:00:01 or you can't get in.

That's ridiculous!! The PCSB allows this, so it's not illegal. And all the lottery spots are given out randomly; it's just the waitlist that is by time stamp. And the line was totally diverse this year. You're just mad because YOU didn't wait in line. Stop being so lazy.
Actually, I didn't need to stand in line. It's complicated.
