Sadly Vijay isn't the nice neutral name it was when most of us were growing up. Not since vajayjay entered the lexicon.

I like I lot of the other suggested names. I'll add Rakesh.


I agree and I love the name Vijay but it does sound like vajayjay.

Alpesh, Besh, Dinesh, Ramesh and so on

It will be pronounced “Sean” by many non-Indians. Many of these other names will also be mispronounced.
