Vegas isn't the only place that has all night daycare. Right here in good ole DC there are some Bright Horizons that take kids for the night.
Well, if parents have to work swing or graveyard shifts, or on holidays, and they don't have a family member who can cover for them, what are they going to do? Not everyone can have a nice, predictable 9-5 office job.
Seriously! Are you implying the only people who need daycare are office workers? There's plenty of police, nurses, doctors and firefighters that work graveyard shifts. My mom was a doctor who worked nights and she had a lot of difficulty when my dad was on business trips and she had to work. A lot of calling in favors and expensive nannies.
A lot of hopiyanow have 24/7 centers. Smart.

Not a single one in this are does. I don’t even think any of the hospitals actually have their own center anymore. Inova used to have their own (open only to employees), but they transferred ownership over to BH 4-5 years ago. I think VA Hosp Center is also BH.
