Again, I love hearing how everyone is an expert on education simply b/c everyone on these boards has attended school.


Because having a majority of children in the class not speak English is not a brand-new thing that the US has only encountered in the last 10-15 years.

This is not a question of being an expert on education. This is a question of having some knowledge of US history.
