Nothing much going on here, just enjoying the summer. Kids riding bikes around the neighborhood with their friends all day, walking to the library, cookouts with neighbors, swapping my excess tomatoes for their excess peppers - the usual stuff.
I'm thinking of repainting the front door once this heat breaks, but not sure what color to do with. Good thing there's no HOA to limit my options.
Hmmm...what else is new? Oooh, that new hipster taco place finally opened up. It's easy to walk to, right behind Jason's Deli near Whole Foods. You should give it a try. And the old post office is turning into a Crisp and Juicy. So many dinner options so close by! Rumor is Wegman's is bidding to build on Colshire Rd., near the new metro stop, but we will see what comes of that.
Thanks for checking in!
Thanks for the taco place rec. - Taco Bamba. I went today, and it's awesome! I happen to be in the District this weekend and went to District Taco. I have to say, Taco Bamba was way better, though a bit too hipster for me. I got my food to go.
It's easy enough to find. Leave Pimmit Hills, cross Route 7 on Pimmit Dr. and take a right into the run-down strip mall before you get to the apartment of the Marshall HS student who just got arrested for child porn. The local INS officers swear by the taco with the fried tilapia.
Did a Marshall student really just get arrested for child porn? Ugh gross, what is this world coming to.
I know, it's almost as bad as the James Madison swim coach being arrested for having sex with a student!!

Estimate: most of you anons are latte-drinking, maid-having, allowance-spending, yoga-pants-abusing, brat-raising twats with no plans for the rest of the afternoon? Lets all find someone to be rude to! Great example you must be setting for your kids.. Watch for the knife as you get older, they'll be chomping at the bit for their inheritance.

That would be a magic number, since it exists in your head.
2013 sales in McLean at $1.2M or higher - @ 130
2013 sales in Arlington at $1.2M or higher - @ 100
2013 sales in Pimmit Hills at $950K or higher - @ 0

Surprising that someone with such obvious meme savvy would overlook Google image search...
