I completely agree - I wonder if there is a way to complain about this. Is it WAMU or NPR who made this decision??

WAMU is the member station and they choose their program lineup. They can choose to carry mom-NPR produced shows like BBC, so they definitely want to hear from you (hopefully you're a member).

I liked her show. And items #1 - 3 above are certainly true.

I'm really upset about this. I'm in the car from 9-10, and Morning Edition was my main dose of news. And on a shallow note, I can't stand host Razia Iqbal's particular accent ("Bare-ick oBAHHmahh") and mannerisms, like her shouting when she's interviewing someone.

Yes, I've been to nearly every city she reports from in West Africa and get no better thrill than when she closes her stories with "DA-KARrrr" or "A-CCRAaaa." Love her!
