. This. And what's in drawers does get stuffed because it's all stuff that can be a little wrinkly.Anonymous wrote:I hang what I can. The only things folded are PJ's, t shirts (like college T's, 5k shirts, etc that I wear maybe one a week), and jeans.

Whatever. At least I spend quality time with my children. What's the use of paying someone to do it when I could use the money elsewhere or Having the kids bored/parked in front of the TV so I could do something that serves no purpose at all?
Anonymous wrote:This thread is shocking to me. Not in a bad or judgy way -- I don't care a whit that 8 out of 10 people shove their clothes in a drawer or, evidently leave it in a pile on the chair. That doesn't affect me.
But really, I am shocked. This never occurred to me (and I am middle aged).

But of course I don't say anything.
We have many friends who are exactly the same. Very organized and tidy houses without laundry baskets full of clothes just lying around. Many of the posters either fold their laundry or pay to have it folded, so I'm not in the minority by any means. Sorry if my tone offended you, but I was initially responding to the poster who's tone indicated that it's a choice of laundry or time with her kids - which just isn't true for MANY people.
