We lost power at 6pm in 22046 but got it back at 1am. I am shocked. We lost power for 24 hours after the "tornado" in September. Way to go, Dominion! We actually wondered if they just shut power off to our section of the grid during the worst of the storm, since we almost always lose power whenever there's even a small storm.

I'm the pp who originally asked about Ashton. I'm in Bethesda, but I actually am familiar with Brookeville/Olney. My son had a ST up that way for a few years. Really nice area.

I have heard of Olney, but couldn't place it on a map with a gun to me head. Brookville is as much of a mystery as Ashton. Ask yourself - why on earth would someone who lives in DC, or Bethesda, or Arlington have ever heard of Brookville?
Truly, you need to get out more. There's a whole other world beyond the boundaries you indicated.

NP here. Much better than having that strange male voice answering your calls. The best moment of 2012 for me was when, on the 900th call to my answering machine after the derecho, I finally heard my voice, signifying the return of power. I never sounded so good!
