Yes, it is. If he was white, he would have got away with it. Do not tell me the justice system is fair. Look no further than Lori Drew.
I disagree. If he had been a white young man from say Poland or Italy, non citizen, he would be in the same boat.
Lori Drew didn't illegally tape or broadcast a private taping like Ravi. But she should have done a LOT of jail time too.

If he was guilty of Clementi's death, yes. But he is not.
On the other hand, Lori Drew was the cause of Megan Meier's death, and she is a free woman today.
