No kidding. This poster needs to let it go. LOL. There will always be buyers for Great Falls, like it or not. Stop the frequent repetitive posts, already. Get your OCD checked!
Many buyers are skipping out on gf for McLean closer in. 22101 over took great falls as great falls prices are free falling.
We know how you feel. It does not mean other people feel that way. Get over it.

It is so different than all of the other communities around here- beautiful rolling hills, elegant country homes, quiet and spacious. I go to the park on weekends and it's so peaceful driving through Great Falls. Not all people want to be close to the city because a very large percentage of people work outside of the city.
That one poster is really odd-10 bedroom houses??? GF is near Reston and some kids in Reston go to school in GF's. Some kids in GF's go to school in Vienna. Some of GF's you really don't know if you're in Mclean or Herndon.
Yes there's the 1 safeway but many people live closer to Reston and Herndon etc and the Giants, Harris Teeter etc. So there's Giants, Safeway, Whole foods, harristeeter, trader joe's.
