Hey. I posted earlier that I did not think sharing buses should be an issue. And, guess what? I watch Fox News. I don't know why you are blaming Fox.

I watch ABC news, as well. Don't confuse Fox opinion shows with news. If you don't watch Fox News, you are only getting one point of view. And, you are not getting all the news. To get all of it, you really need to watch more than one news show.

That makes zero sense. Robinson, Lake Braddock, Hayfield are on 8-2:45.

Skyview could share Carson buses. Bell is 7:30=2:15. 2:15 out at Skyview gives time for sports shuttle transport

I absolutely do not want my 7th grade girl on a bus with 12th grade men. Absolutely NOT.

For the first year it is only 9th and 10th

And even if not, that sounds like a you problem. Its very normal to have 7th-12th graders on the same bus.
If you don't like it, though, you are free to do kiss and ride!

DP. Ah yes, gotta love the posters who are so all in on defending the school board that they’ll blow off sexual assault concerns.

I’m guessing you’d also blame the 7th grade girl if assaulted by a high school senior because she was wearing provocative clothing on the bus.

That is most definitely, a gross you problem.

There have not been accusations of sexual assault on the secondary school busses. You are assuming that there is illegal activity when there is no evidence.

Doubling down on the pro-SA side is wild, even for this forum.

Can you please provide me examples of sexual assaults that have occurred on Secondary School busses because I have not heard of any. There are 3 or 4 secondary schools and I have not seen anyone post about allegations of sexual assault on the busses, secondary or MS or HS.

Would you rather hear about the numerous sexual assaults at FCPS? Or that doesn’t fit your narrative?

I can’t believe apologists like you even exist anymore in civilized society

So you are not sending your kid to FCPS because there have been sexual assaults? Is that it?

No one is excusing sexual assaults but asking why you feel that kids are being assaulted on busses when there has not been charges that this has been happening. There are secondary schools and there are not reports about sexual assaults on the bus.

I’m not the person who posted about the 7-12 bus situation, but I find it revolting that you dismiss her concerns about potential sexual assaults of children. Like real sicko level.

Asking why she is worried about that is not dismissing the concern. It is asking why she is concerned, has she heard about assaults on busses because I have not. She is stating that she expects older boys to assault her younger daughter, which is pretty crappy thing to think about boys. If there had been a lot of reports of assaults or bad behavior on the secondary school busses, i would understand the concern, but there hasn’t been.

They are creating classrooms in the two shell buildings. There will be plenty of space.

Yes, I'm aware of that. Those are different from the pods.

Yes, I agree. I was disputing someone's claim that they were getting rid of the pods.

If the soccer field is full size, they can play football on that.
