The Crockett campaign and a local Democratic official said hundreds of voters in Dallas County had been flummoxed by new voting rules stemming from the county Republican Party’s decision to separate the parties’ primaries for the first time since 2019. The change meant residents must vote at an assigned precinct rather than any local voting center. Democrats said that change could be hampering turnout — and said a similar issue had played out in Williamson County, outside Austin.
And officials in El Paso County, Texas, said about 80 voting stations had experienced technical problems, leading to delays in casting ballots. A district court judge ordered all polling stations in the county to stay open an extra hour.

Based on a few things, Talarico may be the better candidate for Texas and I think voters who want a fresh face and more youth in the Senate will like that too.
This way, we get both.
Crockett is blow hard loser.

For those that say many/most jews aren't at least partially dual loyalists, why do jewish interests themselves always conflate jews with Israel? Why do so many jews openly embrace genocide and get concerned or hostile when people speak about it?

Their frustrations came to a head after Talarico accused Israel of war crimes in response to a general question on foreign policy at an event last week. “I will use every bit of financial and diplomatic leverage that this country has to end the atrocities in Palestine,” Talarico vowed to do if elected. “I will not use your tax dollars to fund these war crimes. I will vote to ban offensive weapons to Israel.”
He also said he’d refuse to accept support from AIPAC.
“I refuse to be complicit in the death and destruction in Gaza, and I will never use your tax dollars to support the killing in that part of the world, and it makes me sick to my stomach to see what’s happening,” Talarico said. “I hope in this campaign here in Texas we can send a crystal clear message to the rest of the country that we are done being complicit.”

Richards lost in 1994 to W, so she’s not the last Democrat to win statewide in Texas. She won in 1990, and relevant to this year show won because her GOP opponent was particularly problematic: he’s the guy who first said "if it's inevitable, just relax and enjoy it" about rape.
