DP. i suspect a lot of this depends on your own neighborhood. My road is not clear. Bus stop is not clear. Sidewalks are not clear. I've driven in other areas that appear much better.

There was never a delay for cold, just delays with the plowing of the antarctic ice shelf.
Our coldest day of the winter was yesterday, Feb 7th, when there was an Extreme Cold alert. And yet people were out and about doing their usual errands and activities. Monday is going to be a "normal" cold. Everything is plowed.
There is absolutely not reason to delay anything.
