I just don't know what to say after reading OP's request. There are a few other threads in which established and good looking women are having very difficult time in finding an LTR or partner in their 40s and OP is just trying to shoot for the moon when there is so much going on. Dating in 40s is already so difficult and with OP's issues, it could be impossible.
It doesn't look like OP respects herself and just trying to fill up the void by finding a partner. Best would be if she works on herself, get more education, improve her health.
