Do we think they will close? My forecast says more snow starting soon and roads are definitely covered.

If the decide to close, when is the latest they would make that call? It’s almost 7 am and we need a plan for the day with work.

If they cancel school, evening activities will be canceled as well.

Does anyone know: if they do cancel school tomorrow, does that necessarily mean that all evening activities are canceled too?

We have an FCPS activity at 8pm tomorrow. It looks like all of the weather will be long since done at that point. But will it be canceled just because the school day was canceled?

As of 9pmish, Capital weather gang moved the 1-2" snow line up to mid fairfax county with a 25% chance of 2-4". I'd agree that they will close as long as it looks like we're actually going to get the projected snow totals.

Omg!!!! This is fantastic news!!!! We need a day off becuase the teachers have piled on the work this week.
