Tell me you don't know how presidential searches work without telling me.

I know one of them too. You have more faith than I do.
DP. I’m in Charlottesville and know Mahoney well. UVA is in great hands.
100%! My DD is there and she is living her best life. Fulfilled academically, socially, emotionally....thriving. It's a fantastic place and opportunity! So grateful to have it available to us IN STATE for Virginians! Couldn't be more happy with how things are going.
People who want to gripe, don't even go there. How about talking to people who are there to see how things are going.
Not sure I get your logic. If you are happy with how things are going, if your daughter is thriving, you should be upset that the federal government is trying to change it. My kid is thriving there too and I'd like to keep it that way.
Was your kid reliant on DEI programs for their ability to thrive? If not, they won't notice any difference.
No, my kid was reliant on academics freedom and critical-thinking leaders. Why in the world would anyone want or trust the Trump administration to be the arbiter of "unlawful discrimination"??? The people who are arguing that the white wealthy South Africans are the only persecuted group worthy of US protection. Truly, this administration may well be the absolute last people on earth I'd trust to make any such determination.
