What fox news told you? Sigh….
DP. Again with the "fox news" when you are proven wrong? Are you quibbling with Reuters?
Advertising revenue for Colbert's show has dropped 40% since 2018 - the financial reality that CBS said prompted the decision to end “The Late Show” in May 2026.

Jon Stewart used to be the most witty, irreverent man on TV and he consistently brought in amazing new talent like Colbert and Oliver. Now they all give "old man shaking fist at the sky." I'm glad that the execs over Colbert had the nads to pull the trigger.
If you don't watch it, why do you care if a late night show exists?

Please go back and read the article. Ad revenue is down. It doesn’t mean the show is not profitable.

Not funny. Not smart. Not watchable. Acute TDS. He’s a real catch.

Right? These old guys are unfunny progressive state propaganda hacks. Colbert used to be very clever and witty — but now he’s just an insufferable holier than thou dweeb. Honestly get a closeted gay vibe from him as well.
