She bypassed the public area by taking him out a restricted jury’s door.

ICE literally saw him in the hall, likely waiting for the elevator and chose not to apprehend him. He was in public eye for plenty to of time to do so. The allegation that she hid him or bypassed anything is specious at best.

Not only did they see him in the hall, they rode down the elevator with him! The entire alleged "crime" was allowing the guy to go out a side door instead of the main door.

The courthouse is the safest place to arrest him.

What is troubling is that the judge wanted to protect a man who was charged with assault and had already been deported once.
