Just because you accuse someone of being illegal does not make it the truth. Now Trump has been convicted in court but you do not hold him to any standing.

He's not an innocent man. He was here illegally, found to be an MS-13 gang member twice. He had a hearing and an appeal. He was under court order to self-deport. He failed to do so. He is a citizen of El Salvador, not the U.S.. The gang he claimed to be threatened by if he returned to El Salvador no longer exists, nor does the overall situation in that country. His removal under US State Department Policy IS a military action and is not subject to judicial review. Understand?
DP. While our military certainly should not go get him, none of what you wrote is correct. Immigration law is actually a bit more complicated than it looks. Good thing no one is paying you to be their lawyer.

No, they didn't. They said facilitate release from custody. They did not say return to US.
Read the order. The Supreme Court said that the District court's order, with clarification, is in effect.

He was removed. He was not part of the Alien Enemies Act Tren De Aragua flights. He was placed on a different flight which was deportations of Salvadorans.
DOJ tried to say he was removed under the INA. But he clearly wasn't since he was sent to CECOT.
That's not how we remove people. We do not send them to a foreign terrorist prison.
This was an admitted mistake that must be corrected. Everyone except Stephen Miller agrees with this.
